I’m Alyssa Boyd, Broker Associate with Compass Florida and founder of Sand Dollar Realty of Brevard. A native of Cocoa Beach, I’ve spent more than 25 years helping clients buy, sell, build, develop, and invest in luxury and waterfront properties across Brevard County. My Local Roots Run Deep

Raised in Cocoa Beach, Satellite Beach, and Indian Harbour Beach, I know this coastline inside and out. After earning a Business Degree in Marketing from the University of Florida, I began my real estate career in Atlanta—rising from Top Salesperson to Regional Director at a large firm. Eventually, my love for the waterfront lifestyle brought me back home, and in 2001, I opened Sand Dollar Realty of Brevard in downtown Cocoa Beach, just steps from the Atlantic Ocean.
